STEPS TO RETURN OR EXCHANGE

1 Check your item
If you received a wrong or damaged item, take a clear photo and email it to support@trailwears.com with your order number for a quick replacement or refund.

If your item isn’t damaged or wrong, continue to Step 2.
2 Contact us
Email support@trailwears.com with your order number and the details of your request (return or exchange).
3 Wait for confirmation
We’ll review your request and send you instructions. Please do not send items back without our confirmation — unauthorized returns will be denied.
4 Return or Exchange
Returns: Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Exchanges: The fastest way is to return the item, and once accepted, place a new order for the correct size or color.
